Founded by Karin Elisa Bogren, a recruitment and talent professional with more than 20 years of experience, Tilaria Talent Studio was built on a simple idea: companies should be able to access experienced talent expertise without being locked into traditional agency models.
Over the years, Karin has supported hiring across SaaS, fintech, gaming, e-commerce, MedTech and HealthTech, working with companies including CGM CompuGroup Medical, Rillion, Toca Boca, Avalanche Studios and Google.
Today, Tilaria Talent Studio partners with founders, hiring managers and leadership teams across the Nordics and Europe, helping them solve hiring challenges at every stage of growth.

Depending on the scope and requirements, projects are delivered by Karin, trusted recruitment and HR specialists from her network, or a combination of both.
